New game council

I did turn the vsync off, but it's not working much better,i can't have more than 40 FPS, and the game is not supported by GeForce Experience and seem like i can't add it manually, any solutions? I've never played any other game that focused so much on what's going on with so few people in one place.

Eastern Regional Fish and Game Council manager Andy Garrick said up to 12 positions were available on each of the regional councils and this year the Eastern Region had exactly 12 candidates, so an election wasn't needed. He said the eastern region had for years been lucky to have diversity among its members and the new council had the added benefit of younger members to represent the interests of younger licence holders.

The new council took office on October 27 and had its inaugural meeting on November 11 with departing members of the outgoing council. Almost all the division's activities are paid for by hunting or fishing licenses, special taxes on certain sporting goods, user fees and federal government grants. Early in the meeting, the council was told of how the money would be spent on enhanced digital marketing, added personnel in the division and equipment and training.

It also pays for six new positions in the Bureau of Wildlife Management, specifically employees trained to handle bear and other wildlife complaints, as well as three additional conservation police officer positions, and two additional jobs in the bureau that oversees solid waste.

The new conservation police officers, as well as existing officers, will get training in handling bear incidents and training to take over operations of live traps used for nuisance bears.

Golden said the jobs would be "permanent employees, and where we would get jammed up is if there is no longer money for staff.
