Not in microsoft access

We have 4 users with 2 Access front end files and a PC with 2 backend files, both of which all 4 users have been able to use simultaneously until yesterday.

All of our PC's had a Windows update Windows 10 in the last 24 hours and now only one person can be using the backend file at a time. All front end files and the two backend files are all set to "Shared" and "No Locks" and "Open databases by using record-level locking. This is probably the result of the recent Windows Update.
