Unlock key playfirst games

Prior to this I was also unable to load two firstpeek games once they had downloaded and PF had no idea why. Today I thought I'd try and get WD3, and now the same thing has happened. I have been a member of playfirst for about three years and have never had a problem like this. Do you know if anyone else has had this problem or anything similar.
